Approving students into one product and adding them later to another product, EMS testing, or Platinum Planner.
When approving students for both EMS Testing and Platinum Planner the student will have access to complete registration and be placed in both products once payment is completed.
If for some reason the student is only approved for one product EMS Testing or Platinum Planner, the student will only have access to the approved product. If the instructor finds that the student should be enrolled in both products EMS Testing and Platinum Planner the instructor will need to push the complete payment option to the student's Platinum dashboard. To push the payment the instructor will access the course and select the students
Tab at the top and select (payment).
The payment window will appear displaying the product the student is not enrolled into. Select add student to all classes and select “student pays” this will push the payment option to the student Platinum dashboard to allow them to complete enrollment into the selected product.
(Payment Required) will appear on the students' Platinum dashboard. Once the student completes their payment they will have access to the selected product, EMS Testing or Platinum Planner, and will automatically be added to the selected product.
